Virtual Event Brings In $6,000 Profit Without Ads

Because of pandemic restrictions, our client needed to pivot to a virtual event.

In order to keep costs low and profits high, we used only organic traffic.

We built out a funnel that allowed prospects to receive valuable trainings from the event host in exchange for their email address.

At the end of the training video, we invited the prospects to join the virtual event.

The video converted at almost 50%. In two months, we were able to receive over 80 registrants and brought in $6,000 of profit for the client.

They are now going to recreate the event every 3 months using the existing structure/funnel in order to supplement their business revenue.

Projected yearly revenue from the event is around $50,000.
