I build small, single-purpose tools for people who make and market video — mostly Python and ffmpeg, packaged as Agent Skills that run in one command. Two ends of the same job: research before you commit (finding hooks, validating a niche) and post-production after you shoot (one landscape master to platform-ready vertical cuts, with burned-in captions). The newest is Vertical Video Converter: 16:9 in, 1080x1920 out, blur fill / focal crop / letterbox, no editing timeline. Everything I publish is something I built for my own work first.
